Our Story

From fire protection to full-scope MEP.

Founded in 2011 in Riyadh, BOC began as a specialist firefighting contractor. Our early reputation for technical excellence and reliable delivery quickly opened doors to larger, more complex projects.

By 2014, we earned Aramco vendor approval — a milestone that validated our rigorous quality and HSE standards. This led to expansion into full MEP works, growing our capabilities to cover HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low current systems.

2011
Founded
Basmat Alomran Aldhakiah Company established in Riyadh, KSA, with a focus on fire protection systems.
2014
Aramco Approved
Became an approved vendor for Saudi Aramco — one of the most rigorous vendor qualification programs globally.
2016
MEP Expansion
Expanded scope to full-scope MEP works including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low current systems.
2019
ISO Certified
Achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety certifications.
2021
Milestone Projects
Delivered Al-Urubah Park and Al Jauf Airport — two of our largest and most complex projects to date.
